18. In the gifts of the Spirit, including the Spirit of Prophecy. (Ephesians 4:8, Revelation 12:17, 19:10, Galatians 5:22-26)
19. In discarding unhealthful practices, such as the use of intoxicants, tobacco, and unclean meats, etc. (Proverbs 23:29-32,
1 Cortinthians 3:16,17, Deuteronomy 14:3-20)
20. That the followers of Jesus should manifest true Christian modesty in dress and deportment, and should shun all
questionable worldly amusements. ( 1 Timothy 2:9,10, Matthew 24:37-44, James 1:27)

to "earn" a place in heaven, but rather as the result of an experience in which there is a "close" walk with Christ and
